The latest Legend of Zelda adventure is centered around the character Link, who witnesses a huge bird snatch away his younger sister from him. Link follows the bird to get his sister back; this is when the epic adventure begins. During the course of this adventure, you will cross the high seas and search for clues to unravel the mystery behind the young girl's disappearance. The game is very realistic; there are some incredibly detailed worlds in which you battle monsters and explore fantastic new places.
The Zelda series is based upon a complex series of puzzles and battle games. In this latest version of the game, oceans play a major part. A lot of time is spent sailing from one place to another. Although changing the baton constantly may become boring after a while, the refreshing puzzles will keep you interested for a long time. There are a few pirate stations which add to the realistic feel of the whole situation. The side-quests also provide good fun. The only dull part comes when you have to watch Link sail along for a long time without really doing anything.
The sound is good, but sometimes gets annoying. However, the overall feel of the soundtrack is fresh and professional. The worlds and dungeons have good variety. Fighting is a lot more interesting, courtesy the new counter ability, which allows you to use some ridiculously huge weapons. The gameplay is slightly short in duration, so it is probably a good idea to rent this game rather than purchase it.
